The Catholic Church within England and Wales is made up of 22 dioceses, a Military Ordinariate, the Apostolic Eparchy of the Ukrainian Church in Great Britain, the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham and the Apostolic Prefecture of the Falkland Islands. Diocesan coordinators of family ministries currently organise themselves into three regions:
- Northern region (Hallam, Hexham & Newcastle, Lancaster, Leeds, Liverpool, Middlesbrough, Shrewsbury, Salford & Wrexham);
- South West region (Birmingham, Cardiff, Clifton, Menevia, Plymouth & Portsmouth);
- South East region (Arundel & Brighton, Brentwood, East Anglia, Nottingham, Northampton, Southwark & Westminster)
